As we start the new year, BOYNECLARKE LLP is delighted to announce the addition of three new Partners to the Firm: Allison J. Godwin, Doug W. Schipilow, and Luke C. Godin! All these lawyers have been fantastic representatives of the Firm, and we are thrilled for them to be admitted to the partnership, effective January 1st, 2024.

Allison J. Godwin is a member of the Litigation team, focusing on Business Litigation and Construction & Projects. She has been at BOYNECLARKE since 2014 after her time as a teacher with the HRCE. She is currently an active member of the Articling Committee, previously sat as the Chair of the Associates Group, and is involved in numerous in-house Firm charity events.

Doug W. Schipilow is a member of the Creditor team, focusing on Loan & Mortgage Enforcement, and Tax Controversy. He has been at the Firm since 2012 and is a member of the Articling Committee and is a board member with the Arthur Kidston Memorial Camp.

Luke C. Godin is also a member of the Creditor team, focusing on Loan & Mortgage Enforcement, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Estate Litigation, and Expropriation. He has been at the Firm since 2014 and has since appeared at all levels of Court in Nova Scotia. Luke is a board member with Metro Community Housing Association and is the President of the Nova Scotia Surfable Association (Life Rolls On).
