Brian P. Casey, Q.C. Named Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce that Brian P. Casey, Q.C. has been selected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

This fellowship is highly selective and by invitation only. Membership is limited to 3500 fellows, and Brian is now one of 0.5% of lawyers recognized for their excellence and accomplishment in litigation. Fellows of LCA represent the highest standards among litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar.

Brian practices on the firm’s Business and Criminal Litigation teams. He routinely conducts trials and appeals in commercial, civil, criminal and disciplinary matters. He has been successful counsel in the Supreme Court of Canada and in the Courts of Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island, as well as before the Federal Court and a variety of administrative boards. His court appearances have resulted in more than 200 reported decisions.
