This practice offering provides an uncomplicated, flexible and collaborative platform for clients to learn more about their US immigration rights and possibilities. We help individuals and employers determine which Visa or Waivers are necessary and apply to their specific circumstances, and help in managing the process, seamlessly, from start to finish.
The Service
Josh works with clients to determine which Visa or Waiver is appropriate and helps in the process of filling out the documents to ensure a high level of accuracy. Josh also offers representation to US citizens who want to renounce their citizenship, Canadian professionals seeking to work under the North American Free Trade Agreement, foreign corporations expanding or relocating to the US, foreign investors seeking Green Cards and a host of other Cross Border options.
Men Having Babies Conference
As part of his US immigration practice, Josh will be presenting at Canada’s first ever Men Having Babies Conference in Toronto on October 27, on the topic of Immigration Advice: Bringing a Baby Home. Men Having Babies is an American organization with international scope and reach, dedicated to assisting gay prospective parents to achieve biological parenting with programs across the globe and in cities including San Francisco, Barcelona, Tel Aviv, and Brussels.
“I’m looking forward to speaking at the Men Having Babies Conference,” said Santimaw. “I hope the background I am able to share – things like surrogacy and helping parents bring their family units across the border, together – will be useful and help to simplify what can often seem like a confusing or intimidating process.”
