Our Commitment to Client Service, Health and Safety
While many of our lawyers and staff have returned to our office, we continue to operate and serve our clients on a virtual basis, with in-office meetings booked on a case by case basis, where it’s required.
In accordance with the Health Protection Act Order, and for the safety of our staff and clients, BOYNECLARKE LLP’s office space is open to staff and lawyers. We have adjusted many protocols and procedures in our office for the health and safety of everyone interacting with BOYNECLARKE LLP. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and the health and safety of our clients and colleagues is top of mind. We are committed to following the best practices recommended by government and health organizations.
Continuity of Service
While we implement changes to prioritize health and well-being, it is important for us to maintain the highest level of service that clients have come to expect from the firm. We will continue to act as trusted advisors as we navigate this difficult time together.
We continue to be committed to client service and are continuing to work virtually with clients. If necessary, we will arrange an in-office meeting at which time you will be fully informed of our COVID-19 preventive measures. We will be here for you and your ongoing business needs – continuity of service is a priority.
Adapting to Change
As we ensure our availability to meet the needs of our clients, we are ready to connect virtually. Our lawyers are able to help via phone or virtual meeting platform (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, etc.). We are adapting and finding innovative ways to meet your business and personal needs – from video conference meetings, to virtual notarization and estate planning, to remote mediation. We will continue to focus on what has always been our top priority – ensuring our clients receive top quality service from us.
