BOYNECLARKE LLP Welcomes Don F. Grant Back to Firm

BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to welcome back Don Grant to the firm as a member of the growing Business Law Team.

Don originally joined the firm in 2008 as an Articled Clerk; he practiced with the Business Law Team until May of 2012 when he took a position with Nova Scotia Power to practice with their Commercial Group.

“I am pleased to return to BOYNECLARKE after two years at Nova Scotia Power,” explains Don. “My time with Nova Scotia Power provided me a unique opportunity to practice law and learn a business from inside the company. This experience is so valuable because I now fully understand the questions to ask and the complexities associated with operating a business. I return to BOYNECLARKE a better rounded lawyer and I am excited to share the experience gained while efficiently assisting new and previous clients.”

Don’s practice at BOYNECLARKE will involve all aspects of Corporate and Commercial work. Don is currently volunteering with Pathways to Education, Nourish Nova Scotia and is a very proud father of two.
