Kathryn A. Raymond appointed Chair of the Crop and Livestock Insurance Arbitration Board

BOYNECLARKE LLP would like to congratulate Kathryn A. Raymond on her recent appointment by the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture. Kathryn has been selected to be the Chair of the Crop and Livestock Insurance Arbitration Board which hears disputes between the Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission and an insured person arising out of the adjustment of loss under an insurance contract. Kathryn’s appointment reflects her years of experience as an Arbitrator and excellence within her field.
