About Sudanna
Sudanna MacDonald is BOYNECLARKE’s Chief Operating Officer, creating the link between our lawyers and business operations and support teams.Hailing from the Halifax area, Sudanna completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Dalhousie University. Following that, she continued her education obtaining her Law degree from Dalhousie as well.
After articling at a large Halifax firm, Sudanna was seconded to their client, MT&T (now Bell Canada) as in-house counsel. Over the next several years, Sudanna would remain there, working across the company in a legal capacity and beyond in the areas of Labor and Employment, Governance, Field Operations Management, Customer Service, Business Analysis, Strategy, and much more.
Ready for change, Sudanna saw an opportunity with BOYNECLARKE, jumped at the chance, and has now been here since 2018.
Sudanna’s extensive experience and knowledge in the law and in business practices make her the perfect person for her role. Sudanna enjoys her role for its variety, and for the opportunity to help both the business and those who work here succeed. Like many of our employees, she appreciates her job for the people above all else.

Sudanna is passionate about coffee and history, and enjoys spending time with friends and family in her free time.
