This award honours Canada’s Leading Lawyers and Corporate Counsel and pays tribute to the rising stars of the legal community. Recipients are recognized for having made contributions to their communities and profession in interesting and diverse ways.
Rob’s practice focuses on Tax and Corporate Law and Estate Planning. He has spent 6 years as part-time faculty at Dalhousie University, where he is an associate in the law school’s Marine & Environmental Law Institute.
Rob sits on the Board of Directors of the Dartmouth General Hospital Charitable Foundation and maintains memberships in the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Canadian Bar Association. He is a former director of the East Coast Environmental Law Association.
A committed member of the firm, Rob currently sits on the firm’s Executive Committee. He served on the firm’s Articling Committee for 6 years, and has been the Business Development Partner since 2013.
