Leah D Rimmer becomes Partner and Team Leader

BOYNECLARKE LLP is thrilled to announce that Leah D. Rimmer is ringing in the New Year as Partner and Leader of our Business Law Team.  Leah is looking forward to serving her clients in this new capacity, with the same professionalism and genuine interest in her practice that they have come to expect.

An integral and dedicated member of BOYNECLARKE LLP since 2005, Leah’s practice is focused entirely on Business Law.  She advises clients on a full range of general and complex commercial matters, including purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, drafting and negotiation of lease agreements, business incorporations and registrations, and real estate transactions.  Leah enjoys supporting owner-managed business operations and is committed to being part of the owner-manager’s “team” of professionals.  Leah is Co-Chair of the Articling Committee and Past Chair of the Associates Committee.

Outside the office, Leah enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her husband Darren, their 3 young sons.
