BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn A. Raymond as Queen’s Counsel. This prestigious designation is an honour presented to a select group of lawyers in recognition of leadership in the practice of law and in our community.
Kathryn is a member of the Business team and is an arbitrator and mediator of workplace disputes. Her ADR practice includes labour relations arbitration, the adjudication of complaints involving labour standards, labour relations and the arbitration of insurance disputes and tax assessment adjudication. Kathryn’s mediation practice incorporates many of the same issues. However, Kathryn particularly enjoys the resolution of harassment and bullying complaints in the workplace.
Kathryn’s experience as a neutral adjudicator is founded upon almost 30 years of experience as an advocate. Having practiced law in both Toronto and Halifax, she has acquired comprehensive knowledge and experience in workplace law, human rights, professional regulation, health law and administrative law. Kathryn also has extensive experience as neutral counsel to adjudicative and investigative tribunals.
