The recent Metro News article “Micro-lofts could be new Halifax housing trend, might find one in your backyard”, showcases interesting new housing developments within our city.
Kerry Lynch, a graphic designer and his father Andy Lynch, a retired architect, started micro-loft developments in the backyards of two North End homes. The first micro-loft is set to be finished soon. These unique lofts are constructed in neighbourhoods with a lot of duplexes and townhouses to remain consistent with the housing in the area.
