David G. Coles, Q.C. Named Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America

BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce that David G. Coles, Q.C. has been selected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

This fellowship is highly selective and by invitation only. Membership is limited to 3500 fellows, and David is now one of 0.5% of lawyers recognized for their excellence and accomplishment in litigation. Fellows of LCA represent the highest standards among litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar.

David is a Partner and the Team Leader of the Business Litigation team. His practice areas include Defamation, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation and Media Law. David represents a number of institutional clients and has appeared on appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada on four separate occasions and participated in over 250 reported cases. David appears regularly in the Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
