James MacNeil, Managing Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP, will be formally inducted as a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. This induction as a fellow recognizes Jamie as an outstanding lawyer who is distinguished for his specialized practice in construction law. He will join an esteemed group of colleagues from across Canada who are noted for their skills, experiences, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in construction law.

Jamie is a well-known construction litigator who regularly practices throughout Atlantic Canada.  He leads the firm’s Construction Law practice team, is an active board member with the Construction Association of Nova Scotia and is a regular speaker on numerous construction law topics.  This is the second fellowship recognizing his excellence in Construction Law as he was inducted into the Construction Law Society of America in 2020.
