Halifax, Nova Scotia:  BOYNECLARKE LLP, one of Atlantic Canada’s leading law firms, is pleased to announce that Bryce W. Morrison has been awarded his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Tax by Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

Encompassing all areas of tax law, Osgoode’s Professional LL.M. Tax Law program teaches the policies, principles and the internal logic of tax laws in Canada and beyond.

Bryce, a Partner on the Business and Taxation Law Teams, focuses his practice on tax planning for business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations and private equity investment. He works with a variety of businesses in arranging and financing their operations through conventional lenders, mezzanine financing and public markets.

Bryce is an active member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, as well as the Canadian Bar Association’s (Nova Scotia Branch) Tax Law Section.  Bryce has presented seminars on Canadian personal and corporate taxation, international taxation, and corporate finance transactions.  Bryce also is a lecturer with the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University teaching courses in business associations.
