BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce that former Associates, Bryen E. Mooney and Marc LeClair became Partners of the firm on January 1, 2017.
Bryen is a member of our Family Law team. Bryen joined the BOYNECLARKE team as a summer float assistant in 2007, articled for the Firm in 2008 and joined the Family Law team as an Associate in 2009. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Marc joined the Business Law team in 2014. His practice is primarily focused around commercial financing and commercial real estate, with experience working with both small and large businesses on contract and leasing matters, the purchase and sale of businesses and general corporate transactions. Marc is also a board member for Sport Nova Scotia and the Halifax Citadel Regimental Association.
