BOYNECLARKE LLP welcomes Telaina Kelly, LL.B.

BOYNECLARKE LLP, one of Atlantic Canada’s largest law firms, is pleased to welcome Telaina Kelly, LL.B., to our firm. Telaina will be joining our growing Corporate Services Team in the new role of Assistant Director.

As Assistant Director of Corporate Services, Telaina will support our Director of Corporate Services, Valerie Vaughan-Hines, in managing and facilitating the variety of commercial transactions our lawyers engage in on behalf of our clients. Together, Valerie and Telaina will collaborate with the experienced group of corporate paralegals who assist our Associates and Partners with all types of commercial legal requirements including agency work, annual registrations, incorporations, amalgamations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financings.

Telaina is community-minded, which will make her a great fit at BOYNECLARKE LLP. In addition to volunteering with ReachABILITY and the LIANS Pro Bono Hub Project, she is currently a Committee Lead of the Fall River and Area Business Association. We look forward to Telaina joining our team and assisting our clients.
