Dartmouth, NS – January 8th – BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce Michael M. Kennedy has joined the Firm as a member of the Business Law team.
Michael’s practice focuses on financing, corporate transactions, and real estate development. He has experience supporting both private and public transactions, including acquisition, development, and financing matters.
His commercial property practice experience includes work on public-private partnership (P3) projects, as well as acquisitions of land and rights for wind power and renewable energy development.
Michael brings experience advising clients on complex commercial and development-related matters, supporting businesses of varying sizes through all stages of development, from early-stage planning through financing and completion.
