Best Lawyers for 2013!

Posted in: News

BOYNECLARKE would like to congratulate eleven of our lawyers who have been included in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2013 publication by Best Lawyers.

Over the course of a year, extensive surveys are conducted with top lawyers in Canada to evaluate their peers and determine which of lawyers should be featured in the publication. If the votes for these lawyers are positive enough for inclusion in Best Lawyers, that lawyer must maintain votes in subsequent polls to remain on the list for each edition.

Lawyers listed in the Canadian edition were chosen for insertion based solely on the votes of their peers.

(Year of initial recognition in brackets):

Thomas O. Boyne QC (2006): Corporate Law, Real Estate Law
David J. Bright QC (2006): Criminal Defense, Personal Injury Litigation
– Robert B. Carter (2008): Personal Injury Litigation
W. Richey Clarke QC (2011): Real Estate Law
David G. Coles QC (2006): Defamation and Media Law, Transportation Law
John S. Fitzpatrick QC (2012): Insolvency and Financial Restructuring
Christene H. Hirschfeld (2006): Entertainment Law, Information Technology Law
Matthew W. Napier QC (2006): Personal Injury Litigation
Gordon F. Proudfoot QC (2009): Personal Injury Litigation

Congratulations to all of BOYNECLARKE’s best!
