About David

David is an Associate practicing on our Business Law team. He regularly helps current and prospective business owners and professionals navigate incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, purchase financing and corporate reorganizations. David is in the process of completing CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.

David maintains a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on working with physicians to establish their medical professional corporations and estate plans.

Born in Cape Breton, David relocated to Halifax to attend the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. While at Dalhousie, David also acquired a certificate of specialization in Marine Law.

Outside of the office, David enjoys reading, fantasy sports, and exploring our local area with his wife and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Mabel.
