About Alanna

Alanna advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial financings. She regularly leads complex commercial transactions, acting for purchasers and vendors on acquisitions and for both lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. Her practice also includes commercial real estate, business succession planning, and estate planning.

Alanna has significant experience working with owner-managed and family businesses and takes a practical, solutions-focused approach to help her clients navigate all aspects of their business, from day-to-day matters through to major transactions. She frequently works alongside accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to provide coordinated advice that considers her clients’ broader business, tax, and personal planning objectives.

Alanna has earned the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has completed the STEP Diploma Program.
