Saskatchewan Bill 205 – Changes for Surrogates and Intended Parents

Bill 205 passed royal assent on March 16th. Although the Act is not yet in force, the changes led to some much-needed updates to Saskatchewan’s Children’s Law Act and fertility law.

What to Know About the Passenger Bill of Rights

The Government of Canada is working to amend the Canada Transport Act for a Passenger Bill of Rights that will help the government regulate the airline industry. The bill will set standards and criteria that airlines are required to meet relating to passenger comfort and convenience.
