Tom was a Founding Partner of BOYNECLARKE LLP when the firm began in 1972 as Boyne, Crocker & Jones. Commercial Real Estate Development is a significant component of his practice and includes services such as the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial properties, leasing, real property development, contracts, construction financing, land use and zoning matters.  Tom has served the firm in numerous capacities including Managing Partner and as a member and chair of various committees.  Tom has also been included in Best Lawyers® since 2006.
