"I practice civil litigation, which essentially means 'people suing people'. Whether it's two individuals, two companies or some combination, the common denominator is that a lawsuit is not where most parties hope to end up. I believe that recognizing this fact makes me a much more effective advocate for my clients’ interests. There are many factors to consider when determining the best possible outcome for my clients, including financial and reputational ramifications. I strive to strike the perfect balance in all of these considerations to serve my clients as efficiently and effectively as possible."
