About Margaret

As an associate with the Business team, Margaret practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law. Margaret’s practice involves working with small through large business clientele on a variety of matters, including: commercial financing (for lenders and borrowers); the purchase and sale of businesses; commercial real estate transactions; contract and leasing matters; and general corporate transactions.

Margaret volunteers as a legal representative for the Capital Health Research Ethics Board and is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
