About Kyle

Kyle is an Associate on the firm’s Business Law team providing general corporate service to his clients. In addition to providing legal advice to clients on a full range of general and complex commercial matters, he has experience with the purchase and sale of businesses (share and asset sales), corporate reorganizations, drafting and negotiation of lease agreements, business incorporations and real estate transactions. Kyle also has experience with tax planned business, the establishment of trusts, amalgamation of business entities, corporate windups and reorganizations, estate planning for business owners, and establishment of joint partner and alter ego trusts.

Kyle was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2017. Prior to studying law, he worked as a Chartered Professional Accountant and obtained an MBA from Saint Mary’s University. This background and experience gives him a unique insight into the structural planning and operational needs of small and medium sized businesses.
