About Katie

Katie is an associate on our Business Litigation team with a diverse practice in civil litigation, including business and construction litigation. Katie is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Nova Scotia Barrister's Society.

During law school, Katie was a co-Chair of the Environmental Law Students Society, the Chair of the Law Students Section in the Canadian Bar Association (NS Branch), a Reading Group Leader and Copy Editor for the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies, and a Schulich Intern at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service. She also volunteered with the East Coast Environmental Law Association through Pro Bono Dalhousie and was a Member of the National Law Students Section Executive of the Canadian Bar Association.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction, trying out new recipes, and travelling.
