Administrative Professionals Week was created in 1952 to recognize the importance and value of support staff within the workplace. Administrative Professionals Week is celebrated from April 24-30, 2016.
Managing Partner, James D. MacNeil discusses the importance of support staff to the firm’s success.
“While this is time set aside to directly thank and honour our staff, it is always important for everyone to know how much we value and respect all that our staff do, each and every day.
We run a busy and growing law firm. Our staff contributes to our success and growth on a daily basis. Time can pass by rather quickly; and while “thank yous” may not happen every day, we hope staff sees the “thanks” in the culture that we try to maintain at the firm.
