Managing Partner, James D. MacNeil discusses the importance of support staff to the firm’s success.
“Last year, I created a message for this event. I reviewed it and was going to make changes, but it still holds true. While this is time set aside to directly thank and honour our staff, it is always important for everyone to know how much we value and respect all that our staff do, each and every day.
We continue to run a busy and growing law firm. It is our staff that contributes to the firm’s success and growth on a daily basis. Time can pass by rather quickly; and while “thank yous” may not happen every day, we hope staff sees the “thanks” in the culture that we try to maintain at the firm.
