"Our clients come to us with a broad range of concerns arising from being injured in an accident. Many come to us unable to work, others face mounting medical expenses. Those of us practicing in the area of personal injury law have an obligation to seek compensation for our clients while also helping them navigate what is too often a lengthy medical recovery. Injury victims should expect nothing less."

About Ryan

Ryan is an Associate on the Personal Injury team and practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation and Insurance Litigation.

In Ryan’s view, personal injury practice requires not only an analytical approach to the law but also a healthy dose of common sense. Ryan recognizes that clients want frank and open counsel on whether they have a case and what will be involved to achieve a successful outcome. Responding to those concerns starts with a thorough review of the evidence and only concludes when Ryan can provide clear advice on how to proceed in the most direct and timely manner possible.

Ryan is a past President of the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia, an organization exclusively dedicated to promoting the interests of those affected by traumatic brain injury. Ryan continues to play an active role in the organization, being a member of the Executive Committee. Ryan has found this a particularly rewarding and insightful experience insofar as it has informed his representation of clients with brain injury. He also serves as a board member for the Capital Health Research Ethics Board.
